Water Out Puzzle is a hybricasual block puzzle by HM Games, released in July 2025 and it has already scaled impressively generating over $40K in daily IAP revenue, according to AppMagic.

Instead of the original “lego dissolving” theme, it uses a more intuitive and widely appealing water-filling mechanic. Its time-constrained, deterministic puzzle levels that remain consistent across retries, make failure a meaningful part of the learning loop and help boost replay value. Altogether, this blend of familiarity and novelty creates a gameplay experience that feels both approachable and fresh.
Smooth Progression
The game maintains strong momentum through a well-layered progression system, steadily introducing complexity with new boosters, block types, obstacles, and level variations. Each new mechanic is supported by introductory levels that make onboarding smooth and intuitive. Features like starting boosters, infinite-time tickets, and first-attempt time bonuses help soften difficulty spikes while simultaneously opening monetization pathways.
